Kids in the Kitchen 2021 SUMMER CAMP
Let’s get ready to cook! This Junior Chef series will teach the five mother sauces, culinary terms and techniques, knife cuts, flavor profiles and the approach in creating a signature dish. This camp includes lunch and hands-on instruction from the culinary team. Each day is customized with a different theme and lesson.
What’s Included? A tasty snack when they arrive (they eat what they make!) & apron.

We’re awaiting final word from the Governor, but our plans are to move forward with the June and July camp so many families know and love!
Committed to the health and safety of our campers, a daily check-in that will include a temperature screening and assessment of any concerning symptoms will be in place. We’re also asking that parents keep a close eye on any symptoms and keep campers home if fevers and/or cough are present.
Class Size: Is reduced this Summer in order to maintain a safe, healthy distance between Campers. Our staff will wear masks throughout the camp experience. In addition to providing each Young Chef with his/her own apron, we’ll provide masks and gloves.
Of course, hand-washing has always been paramount at The Art of Entertaining, so we’ll continue best practices for sanitation and thorough hand-washing as we prepare food.
